What to include
- The page URL — the tool you were on, so we can reproduce it.
- Browser and version, and whether anything unusual was in the way: an extension, a content blocker, a corporate proxy.
- The input, or a minimal version of it. Every tool on this site runs locally and nothing is logged, so the only copy of a failing input is the one you send.
- What you expected versus what happened. A number is usually the fastest way in: word counts, entropy bits, character limits.
Security reports
Reports about the tools themselves — a generator producing weak output, an encoder corrupting data, a page leaking anything — go to the same address. There is no bounty programme; there is a fast fix and, if you want it, credit in the changelog.
Corrections and takedown
Factual corrections are actioned and dated on the page concerned. Copyright claims, including DMCA notices, are handled through the copyright and takedown page, which states what a valid notice needs to contain.
Privacy questions
The privacy policy explains what the site does and does not collect. Because tools run in your browser, we cannot retrieve text you typed — if you need something removed from our side, there is nothing to remove, and we will say so rather than pretend otherwise.
What this page is not
There is no sales desk, no support ticketing system and no phone line. It is a small utility site; the address above reaches the person who answers it.
